Passionate about cooking, Lyne Simard and Pierre-Vincent R. Lemieux are passionate about catering and service. They know what goes well together and pairs well. They are attentive to the slightest requests and recognize the quality of the products. Through their attention to the terroir, they choose ingredients with seasonal flavors and diverse wines where everyone will find their own taste.
